Junior Dancers
Our Junior dancers are the budding artists of tomorrow. Our Junior Dance program ensures your child is developing their technical, artistic and emotional skills in a highly encouraging, positive and supportive environment.
Our Junior Dancers are nurtured and nourished through our dedication to age-appropriate choreography and music choices, our compassionate and high-level approach to teaching self-discipline and self-motivation and our one-of-a-kind holistic education that values teamwork, peer encouragement and community contribution as essential components of personal success.
RAD BALLET
Age 5 - 6
Pre-Primary - The first of the RAD Classical Ballet Grades for Kindergarten aged girls and boys. Students start with one class of ballet per week with examinations an optional extra feature.
Age 6 - 7
Primary - Continues following the RAD syllabus developing a strong classical ballet technique incorporating elements of National Character, Mime and Free Movement. The completion of Pre - Primary is desired though not a pre-requisite. Examinations are highly encouraged though not compulsory. Two ballet classes per week are required from Primary onward to ensure students are learning excellent technical foundations for their success in dance and the performing arts.
Age 7 - 8 or older beginners
Grade 1 - Continues following the RAD syllabus developing a strong classical ballet technique incorporating elements of National Character, Mime and Free Movement. The completion of Primary is desired though not a pre-requisite for Grade 1. Examinations are highly encouraged though not compulsory. Two ballet classes per week are required once again onward to ensure students are learning excellent technical foundations for their success in dance and the performing arts.

Jazz
Age 5 - 8
Junior Jazz - All students join together to learn the fundamentals of the Jazz Style. All the Junior Jazz classes are open classes, meaning each class is different and new skills and choreography is taught every lesson. Ballet is a pre-requisite for Jazz.
